Jean-Pierre is a Paris-based partner and Global Head of Oliver Wyman’s Rail and Urban Transportation sector, with 25 years of consulting experience in transportation across Europe and the Americas. He advises rail operators, equipment manufacturers and suppliers,  investors, and public authorities on all aspects of strategy, operational performance, and turnaround programs.

 

Jean-Pierre also advises clients on artificial intelligence and helps them address many of the foundations on which AI deployment depends — data-enabled planning, system engineering, configuration and change management, fleet availability, predictive maintenance, supplier performance, and the integration of digital tools into operational decision-making.

 

Jean-Pierre graduated from ESSEC Business School, and holds an engineering degree from the Institut d’Électronique de Paris and a degree in economics from the University of Paris-Sorbonne.

 

His work has appeared in Forbes, the World Economic Forum, and Les Echos, and he has appeared on panels including SXSW London.  

 

Outside of work, Jean-Pierre is an avid traveler, tennis player, and gastronomy enthusiast, with a strong personal interest in how technology reshapes everyday life.
