Rupal is a partner at the Oliver Wyman Forum who focuses on bringing together influencers across the public and private sectors to co-create ideas and test solutions to shared global challenges. She also co-leads Oliver Wyman’s UK Social Impact team. Her background is in insurance strategy consulting and she served as Chief Operating Officer of Oliver Wyman’s Insurance practice across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Rupal has a passion for and expertise in the issues of inclusion and equality. She serves as a trustee for child bereavement charity The Lullaby Trust and as a director of GMSP, her family’s foundation focusing on women and girls.
